You may freely download, install and use a copy of Focus™ (including the source code),
but modifications are allowed for non-commercial personal or non-commercial intra-company use only.

Focus™ is licensed work.
All rights reserved by the authors according to the copyright laws of the respective country of usage,
with the exception of the following explicitly granted rights.

This license explicitly excludes and does not cover runtime components and libraries (e.g. the Go™ compiler and libraries or the TinyMCE™ editor),
which are governed by their own license agreements and are not considered part of the copyrighted work of Focus™.

Explicitly granted rights, based on the basis of the "all rights reserved" clause:

• You may download and install the published "Focus™ bundles" on your own hardware and operating system.
• You may allow other people to use the installed "Focus™ bundle" according to its intended use of accessing it over a web browser or via API by 3rd party applications.
• You may modify the licensed components of a "Focus™ bundle" and use the modified version personally or allow the usage of the modified version inside of a legal entity with which you are contractually affiliated according to its intended use of accessing it over a web browser or via API by 3rd party applications.
• You may NOT use an original or modified Focus™ version for commercial profit, except you have been granted written permission from the original authors of Focus™ ("Litehouse Tech Consulting").
• You may NOT re-distribute the code or parts of the code of an original or modified Focus™ version, except you have been granted written permission from the original authors of Focus™.
